A native Californian, Courtney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California. She earned her stripes as a producer of television commercials and as a Hollywood studio executive. After completing her fifth ‘flip’ however, her real estate agent urged her to consider a new career and she effortlessly transitioned into the field. She was invited to join the prestigious Los Angeles firm of Nourmand & Associates, and quickly became one of their most productive and well-respected agents.
She honed her skills working with celebrities and other high-profile clients, but found her favorite niches to be first-time buyers and sellers, as well as those relocating from all over the U.S. Now Courtney has relocated herself to beautiful Beacon and finds her enthusiasm for the Hudson Valley growing by the day. Her many connections to the real estate, technology, fashion, and cultural sectors in New York City continue to give her a thorough, bi-coastal perspective.
